Booking and cancellation terms

The cancallation for our apartment appeals to The Austrian General terms and conditions for the hotel industry. AGBH.

• Cancellation of a stay until 3 months before arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation of a stay until 1 month before arrival date: 40% of the total overnight costs.
• Cancellation of a stay until 1 week before arrival date: 70% of the total overnight costs.
• Cancellation of a stay less then 1 week before arrival date: 90% of the total overnight costs.
• Cancellation during your stay: 100% of the total overnight costs will be charged.
• Cancellation will be accepted only in writing.

Booking terms

Your booking will be confirmed on payment 30% deposit at our account. The payment should be made within 14 days of making a booking. By paying the deposit and proceeding with the booking, the person who makes the booking confirms his/her acceptance of the conditions set out in these regulations.
Booking can be made by e-mail, on the website or by telephone.
